Dosage and Use
  • Suggested daily intake is one (1) to two (2) capsules once or twice, with or without food, or as directed by a medical practitioner.
Caution

If you suffer from abnormal or irregular heart rhythm (e.g. atrial fibrillation) and congestive heart failure, avoid consumption of Huperzine A. If you are being prescribed an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor, please, consult your medical practitioner first. Huperzine A can cause gastrointestinal discomfort for some individuals.
